  Richmond Cycling spoke with great confidence as they unveiled the teams brand new kit. Siemen Alards was named as road racing captain, he said "I am very proud to lead this team into a bright season, unfortunately our recent results have been very unsatisfactory. However this season will be a turn around, we will work hard to bring the results that the team once had. Recently, i've been under pressure due to some shaky performances, but after hard training i'm confident that I will regain good form." He sat next to his vice-captain Joelson Vala who has raced 3 times for his country. Manager Devon spoke with great confidence stating that next year would be a strong season for the team. "We have a strong group of riders that are willing to give everything for the team, so I'm looking forward to seeing them commit 110%".
